Your emails are processed solely to generate briefs for your team — nothing else. We never store, share, or sell your data, and your inbox remains entirely your own. All data is processed in transit using encrypted connections. We operate in line with UK GDPR requirements, and as a managed service we act as a data processor on your behalf — meaning you stay in control at all times. No email content is used to train AI models. No third parties have access to your data. And if you ever want to cancel, your data access is revoked immediately.
What email providers does it work with? +
Northview AI is designed to work with the most widely used business email providers. This is confirmed during your setup call — we'll make sure it works with your existing setup before anything goes live.
How long does setup take? +
